나노 소자 및 에너지 재료 연구실(NMEL, Nanodevices and Materials for Energy Laboratory)은 집적 나노소자 제작과 고효율 에너지 재료 개발을 연구합니다. 원자층증착(ALD)을 활용해 Al2O3, ZnO, TiO2, SnO2 등 다양한 박막 소재를 증착·연구합니다.
