다중 모드 및 in-situ 투과전자현미경(TEM)으로 나노 소재의 구조와 화학 반응을 실시간 관찰하는 연구실이다. 나노촉매의 면 발달, 가스상 촉매 반응, 반도체 식각 공정 등 나노스케일 현상을 규명한다.
