식물 유전체학(Plant Genomics) 연구실을 운영하며 바이오인포매틱스를 기반으로 작물 및 식물의 유전체를 분석한다. 대용량 시퀀싱 데이터로부터 유용 형질 관련 유전자와 변이를 발굴하는 연구를 수행한다.
