유기초분자화학 연구실(352-427-B)에서 음이온 및 이온쌍 수용체, 방향족 거대고리 분자를 설계·합성한다. 분자 인식과 센싱, 초분자 고분자 연구를 진행하며 음이온 수용체를 활용한 촉매 개발에도 주력한다.
