이창기 교수 연구실(NLP Lab)은 강원대 컴퓨터공학과 소속으로, 자연언어처리(NLP)와 정보검색, 기계학습을 연구한다. 딥러닝 기반 한국어 처리와 LLM을 활용한 의미역 결정·자연어 추론 연구로 한국컴퓨터종합학술대회(KCC)에서 수상한 바 있다.
