박제량 교수의 Resilient Infrastructure Lab(RIL)은 홍익대 건설환경공학과 소속으로, 사회기반시설이 충격을 흡수하고 빠르게 회복하도록 하는 회복탄력성(resilience)을 연구한다. 인프라 네트워크와 상호의존성 분석, 피해 전파 모델링, 사회생태 회복탄력성·복잡계 네트워크 이론, 지속가능한 물관리를 다룬다.
