권용우 교수 연구실(반도체 미세구조 시뮬레이션 연구실, SMSL)은 홍익대 신소재공학과 소속으로, 박막 소자의 미세구조와 소자 특성을 예측하는 전산 시뮬레이션 기술을 연구한다. 상변화 메모리·저항변화 메모리(멤리스터)의 소자 시뮬레이션, 나노구조 박막의 열응력에 대한 분자동역학 해석, 도전성 필라멘트 형성 및 소자 산포 분석 등을 수행한다.
