소개

김현석 교수 연구실(Nano Electronics Laboratory, NEL)은 동국대 전기전자공학과 소속으로, 나노 전자공학을 기반으로 한 MEMS 소자를 연구한다. 반도체 화합물·전도성 고분자·전이금속 나노구조를 이용한 플렉시블 센서와 에너지 소자, 전력 반도체·열전 소자, AI 기반 데이터 분석을 다룬다.
