김동학 교수 연구실(분자약리독성학 연구실)은 건국대 생명과학과 소속으로, 시토크롬 P450 효소에 의한 약물 및 외래화합물(xenobiotics) 대사와 인체 독성을 연구한다. 효소학·HPLC·질량분석·정지유동(stopped-flow) 분광법 등을 활용해 단백질 구조와 기능 기전, 효소 저해제 설계, 화합물 라이브러리 HTS 기반 신약개발을 수행한다.
