소개

최정우 교수 연구실(구조생물학실험실)은 서울시립대 화학과 소속으로, 단백질생화학을 기반으로 X-선 결정학을 이용해 단백질의 3차원 구조를 규명한다. 인간 선천면역계의 핵심 단백질(Toll-like 수용체, 어댑터 단백질)과 박테리아 단백질, 바이러스 회피 기전을 구조·기능적으로 연구한다.
