소개

장영준 교수 연구실은 서울시립대 물리학과 소속 스마트박막연구실(Smart Film Lab)로, 양자물질과 기능성 박막을 연구한다. 저차원(2차원) 칼코겐화물·산화물 박막의 합성과 전자구조를 광전자 분광 등으로 규명하며, 인공지능을 활용한 2차원 반도체 합성기술과 뉴로모픽 소자 연구를 수행한다.
