소개

김민 교수 연구실(NCEL, Nano Chemistry Electronics Laboratory)은 서울시립대 화학공학과 소속으로, 나노화학과 광전소자를 연구한다. 유기·무기 하이브리드 반도체 나노소재를 합성해 고효율 태양전지, 발광 디스플레이 소재, 화학·가스·온습도 센서, 적외선 광검출기, 유연 웨어러블 소자 등 차세대 에너지·광전 소자를 개발한다.
