왈리드(Walid Abdullah Al) 교수 연구실은 한국외대 컴퓨터공학과 소속으로, 컴퓨터 비전, 의료 영상 분석, 강화학습을 연구한다. 3D 의료영상에서의 해부학적 랜드마크 위치 추정을 강화학습 문제로 정식화하는 등 딥 강화학습을 의료영상에 적용하는 연구를 수행한다.
