전우진 교수 연구실(전자재료연구실, LETE)은 경희대 신소재공학과 소속으로, 원자층증착(ALD) 기반 박막 공정과 차세대 반도체 소재를 연구한다. 유전체·전극 박막, 산화물 반도체, MIM 커패시터, 멤리스터 소자 등을 개발한다.
