정인화 교수 연구실(나노기술융합시스템연구실, Nano-technology Convergence Systems Lab)은 경희대 기계공학과 소속으로, 그래핀 등 2D 나노소재와 나노기술 융합 시스템을 연구한다. 그래핀 성장(CVD), 유연소자, 박막 기반 에너지 하베스팅(열전·압전) 소자 등을 다룬다.
