김수완 교수 연구실(AIDA Lab, AI-aided Design Automation)은 경희대 전자공학과 소속으로, 머신러닝을 반도체 설계자동화(EDA)에 접목하는 차세대 EDA 도구·방법론을 연구한다. 설계기술 공동최적화(DTCO), GAA·CFET 공정, 강화학습 최적화, 기생성분 추출, DRC/LVS 검증 등을 다룬다.
