심용 교수 연구실(AI & 메모리 응용 연구실)은 중앙대 전기전자공학부 소속으로, AI 하드웨어와 메모리 회로 설계를 연구한다. 신경망 하드웨어 구현과 인메모리 컴퓨팅(in-memory computing)을 다룬다.
