신형두 교수 연구실(유전다형 연구실, Laboratory of Genomic Diversity)은 서강대 생명과학과 소속으로, 인체 유전학과 집단 유전학을 연구한다. 질병의 유전역학과 유전다형(genetic polymorphism)을 분석한다. 미국 국립암연구소(NCI/NIH)에서 AIDS 유전역학을 연구했고 (주)에스엔피제네틱스를 설립했다.
