김충익 교수 연구실(유기·무기 하이브리드 전자소재 연구실)은 서강대 화학공학과 소속으로, 차세대 전자소자에 적용 가능한 반도체 소재와 소자를 연구한다. 유기 박막 트랜지스터(OTFT)·유기 메모리·광전소자를 대상으로 소재 합성, 소자 구조 설계, 계면 제어, 친환경 용매를 활용한 저전력·대면적 용액 공정 기술을 개발한다.
