이관수 교수의 시너지 바이오정보학 연구실(Synergistic Bioinformatics Laboratory)은 KAIST 바이오및뇌공학과 소속으로, 생물정보학과 인공지능, 빅데이터 분석을 통합해 생명과학·의생명 연구의 다양한 문제를 다룬다. 유전체·전사체·단백체 등 다차원 오믹스 데이터를 분석하여 질병 진단·예후·치료반응 예측을 연구하며, AI 기반 질병 마커 및 신약 개발에 중점을 둔다.
