소개
차세대 메모리 반도체·에너지 소자에 활용 가능한 강유전성 하프늄 옥사이드(HfO2)를 연구하는 세계적 전문가이다. 2008년부터 강유전체 연구를 수행해왔으며, IEEE Ferroelectrics Young Investigator Award를 한국인 최초로 수상하고 Nature Reviews Materials, Advanced Materials 등에 100여 편의 논문을 발표하였다. 2021년 9월 재료공학부에 부임하였다.
