소개
첨단 반도체 소자와 차세대 정보 저장·처리 기술을 위한 재료공학 연구를 선도하는 석좌교수이다. 비휘발성 메모리(ReRAM·FeRAM·PcRAM), DRAM·로직용 고유전율 박막과 강유전체 박막, 박막 트랜지스터, 인메모리 컴퓨팅 등을 연구하며, 원자층증착(ALD) 기술과 제일원리 계산을 활용한다. 서울대 반도체공동연구소장을 지냈다.
