이도헌 교수의 바이오정보시스템 연구실(Bio-Information System Laboratory, BISL)은 KAIST 바이오및뇌공학과 소속으로 2005년 국가지정연구실로 선정되었다. 대규모 바이오의료 데이터를 기반으로 한 컴퓨터 모델링과 분석을 통해 생명현상을 이해·예측하며, 빅데이터·AI 기반 신약 개발과 합성생물학을 위한 AI를 핵심 연구 주제로 삼는다. 생물정보학, 의료정보학, 뉴로정보학, 데이터마이닝 분야를 다룬다.
