소개
이인환 교수 연구실(광전자재료 연구실)은 고려대 신소재공학부 소속으로, 질화물 반도체 기반 광전자 소재를 연구한다. 고출력 InGaN 기반 자외선·청색·녹색 LED와 표면 플라즈몬을 이용한 InGaN/GaN 양자우물의 양자효율 향상을 연구한다.
