고혁완 교수 연구실(MNG Lab)은 연세대 생화학과 소속으로, 일차섬모(primary cilia)의 생물학과 신호전달 기작을 연구한다. 섬모 기능 이상이 발생장애·호흡기질환·대사질환 등 다양한 질환으로 이어지는 과정을 분자·유전·이미징 기법으로 규명한다.
