최형준 교수 연구실은 연세대 물리학과 소속으로, 밀도범함수이론(DFT) 기반 제일원리 계산으로 고체와 나노구조의 전자적 성질을 연구한다. 병렬·슈퍼컴퓨터를 활용해 초전도체, 위상 절연체, 나노구조의 물성을 탐구하며 FeAs계 초전도체, 구리 산화물 고온 초전도체, 위상 절연체 전자구조, 나노구조 전자 수송을 다룬다.
