조만호 교수 연구실(ASPL)은 연세대 물리학과 소속으로, 신규 반도체 박막과 나노구조의 전자구조·미세구조 등 물성을 연구하고 차세대 소자에 응용한다. 칼코지나이드 박막과 이원계 유전체 산화물을 이용한 PRAM·ReRAM 등 차세대 메모리 소자, VI족 반도체 나노구조 합성, II-VI족 반도체 박막의 양자 구조 물성을 다룬다.
