About

임성일 교수 연구실(EDL)은 연세대 물리학과 소속으로, 유기-무기 하이브리드 소자, 나노소자, 유기 소자 등 다양한 전자소자를 제작하고 안정성·신뢰성을 평가한다. 유기·무기 물질의 장점을 결합한 응용 소자, 저차원 구조 나노소자, 용액·진공 공정 기반 유기 폴리머 소자를 개발하고 광에너지를 이용한 상태밀도 분석을 수행한다.
