조창희 교수 연구실(반도체 양자포토닉스 연구실)은 DGIST 신물질과학전공 소속으로, 반도체 물질과 빛의 상호작용에 대한 기초 연구와 차세대 양자정보 소자 개발을 연구한다. 전이금속 칼코겐 화합물 기반 2차원 반도체의 밸리 자유도·엑시톤 현상과 페로브스카이트 물질의 광학적 물성을 다루며, 반도체 기반 큐비트 및 얽힘 광원 소자 개발을 진행한다.
