양성 교수 연구실(바이오멤스 연구실)은 GIST 기계공학부 소속으로, MEMS/NEMS 기술의 생물·의료 응용(BioMEMS/BioNEMS)을 연구한다. 미세유체(microfluidic) 소자 기반의 연속·실시간 분리 및 센싱을 다루며, 수십 마이크로리터의 혈액만으로 종합 진단이 가능한 통합 혈액 분석 시스템과 정밀의료용 약물 선택 소자를 개발한다.
