남덕우 교수 연구실(생물정보학 연구실)은 UNIST 생명과학과 소속으로, 전사체 데이터 분석, 패스웨이 분석, 생물학적 네트워크 분석을 연구한다. 유전자 발현 빅데이터(마이크로어레이·RNA-seq·단일세포)를 활용해 질병 관련 분자 마커와 기능적 네트워크를 식별하고, 클러스터링·차원 축소·분류를 위한 머신러닝 방법을 개발한다.
