김정석 교수 연구실(신경면역 연구실)은 UNIST 생명과학과 소속으로, 중추신경계 내 면역 시스템의 고유한 특성을 연구한다. 미세아교세포(microglia)와 경계 연관 대식세포(border-associated macrophages)가 신경퇴행성 질환 및 자가면역 질환에서 수행하는 역할을 규명하는 데 중점을 둔다.
