김제형 교수 연구실(QUPID, Quantum Photonic Integrated Devices Lab)은 UNIST 물리학과 소속으로, 집적 양자 포토닉스를 실험적으로 연구한다. 고체 양자구조에서 광자·스핀 큐비트를 효율적으로 생성·제어하여 확장 가능한 집적 양자 시스템을 구현하는 것을 목표로 하며, 양자점 기반 단일광자원 연구로 알려져 있다.
