첨단 나노소재 설계 연구실은 차세대 반도체 및 신재생 에너지 소자 응용을 위한 원자 수준 시뮬레이션 기반 신소재 설계를 연구한다. 데이터와 인공지능을 활용해 혁신 소재를 발굴·최적화하고, 용액 공정을 통한 신규 반도체 소재 및 웨어러블 유연 소자 개발을 수행한다.
