전자냉각 및 히트파이프 연구실(Electronic Cooling and Heat Pipe Laboratory)을 운영하며 열·유체 분야를 연구합니다. 고성능 열전달 장치인 히트파이프 기술과 이를 활용한 다양한 응용 기술을 개발합니다. 전자부품 냉각, 이상유동, 미래형 차량용 배터리 열관리, 나노유체, 열교환기 등 열 시스템에 대한 전산해석 연구를 수행합니다.
