About

통신 칩 설계, 혼성신호 IC, SoC 설계, 임베디드 시스템을 연구하는 MSIS Lab을 이끈다. NPU 및 멀티칩 타일 구조의 AI 가속기 SoC, 전력관리 칩과 초저전력 센서 등 저전력 회로를 설계한다. CNN 기반 영상 인식, 비전-언어 모델, 경량 신경망 최적화 등 딥러닝 소프트웨어 연구도 병행하며, 한국연구재단이 지원하는 AI SoC 연구센터(2022-2029)를 운영한다.
