나노포토닉 소자를 연구하는 연구실로, 태양광을 이용해 수소를 생산하는 광전기화학(PEC) 물 분해와 질화갈륨(GaN), 산화갈륨(Ga2O3) 등 저비용 LED 소재 개발을 중점으로 합니다. 나노·마이크로 스케일 광전극의 정밀 제작과 나노 스케일 빛-물질 상호작용을 연구해 지속가능 에너지와 첨단 조명 기술에 응용합니다.
