빅데이터 분석과 엔지니어링을 중심으로 데이터마이닝, 프로세스마이닝, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리·분석을 연구한다. 시계열 데이터 예측을 위한 딥러닝 기법을 개발해 IEEE TPAMI 등 정상급 학술지에 성과를 발표했으며, 글로벌 공급망 최적화 등 다양한 산업 도메인에 데이터·AI 기술을 적용한다.
