차세대 전자소재 및 소자(Next-generation Electronic Materials and Devices, NEMD)를 연구하는 양 연구그룹이다. 유기-무기 하이브리드 페로브스카이트와 이를 활용한 전자소자 응용을 전문으로 한다. 소재의 조성·차원성·분자 구조를 제어하여 태양전지, 발광다이오드(LED), 트랜지스터 등의 소자를 개발한다.
