컴퓨터그래픽스 연구실의 김구진 교수는 3차원 기하 모델링(geometric modeling)과 분자 모델링, 그래픽 프로세서를 이용한 병렬 프로그래밍을 연구한다. 캐릭터·곡면 모델링, 단백질 분자 모델링, 3차원 다각형 메쉬의 형상 특성 분석 등이 주요 주제이다.
