엄한돈 교수 연구실(전자재료 및 소자 연구실)은 강원대 화학공학과 소속으로, 에너지용 전자재료와 소자를 연구한다. 고효율 실리콘·페로브스카이트 태양전지, 광전기화학 물분해·CO2 환원, 실리콘 음극 기반 차세대 이차전지와 광충전 전고체 에너지 저장, 금속보조 화학에칭(MACE) 등 나노가공 공정을 다룬다.
