권구덕 교수 연구실(RACAS, RF/Analog Circuits And Systems Lab)은 강원대 전기전자공학과 소속으로, mmWave/RF/아날로그 집적회로 설계를 연구한다. 통신·방송·자동차 산업에 필요한 시스템 반도체 핵심 기술로서 5G/6G 셀룰러 RFIC, WiFi 연결 솔루션, 송수신기 기술을 다룬다.
