하정훈 교수 연구실은 홍익대 산업공학과 소속으로, 산업·시스템공학 기반의 생산·물류 최적화와 메타휴리스틱 알고리즘을 연구한다. 분산 유전알고리즘을 활용한 외판원 문제(TSP) 등 조합 최적화 응용 연구를 수행해 왔다. 연세대 전자공학 학사, 텍사스 A&M 대학교 산업·시스템공학 석·박사 출신이다.
