김이중 교수 연구실은 홍익대 건설환경공학과 소속으로, 환경공학 분야의 나노입자 거동과 수처리를 연구한다. 다공성 매질 내 나노입자 이동과 입상여과(granular media filtration), 나노입자 안정화 폼·에멀션, CO2 격리 및 담수화 등 나노소재 기반 환경공정을 다룬다.
