정현 교수 연구실은 동국대 화학과 소속으로, 무기화학을 기반으로 나노화학과 재료화학을 연구한다. 나노자성 소재, 나노입자 약물전달 시스템, 나노다공성 금속산화물 등 기능성 나노하이브리드 소재의 합성과 응용을 다루며, 전자빔·감마선을 활용한 친환경 합성도 연구한다.
