김언정 교수의 차세대 AI 반도체 소자 연구실(N.ASD, Next-generation AI Semiconductor Device Laboratory)은 동국대 물리학과 소속으로, 반도체 물리와 나노 반도체 소자를 연구한다. 광학·반도체 공정·AI를 결합한 계측 기술을 개발하며, 초분광 위상 현미경 등 정밀 분석과 CMOS 기반 분광계 등 차세대 광전 센싱 플랫폼을 연구한다.
