김성준 교수 연구실(Emerging Semiconductor Device Lab, ESDL)은 동국대 전기전자공학과 소속으로, 차세대 메모리 소자와 뉴로모픽·인메모리 컴퓨팅을 하드웨어 수준에서 연구한다. 소자 물리·공정·전기/광학 측정부터 어레이 동작과 시스템 검증까지 연속적인 연구 흐름을 다룬다.
