석문기 교수 연구실(AI CPS Lab)은 동국대 컴퓨터공학과 소속으로, 인공지능 기반 사이버물리시스템(CPS)과 디지털 트윈을 연구한다. IoT·임베디드 시스템 설계, 디지털 트윈, 시뮬레이션 기반 최적화와 모델예측제어, 클라우드/이기종 컴퓨팅 작업 스케줄링을 다룬다.
