박재현 교수 연구실(사용자가치연구실)은 건국대 산업공학과 소속으로, 인간공학·UX/UI·HCI·뇌과학·인지심리학을 융합해 사용자 경험과 사용성을 연구한다. 자동차, 헬스케어/의료기기, 접근성, 가전, 웨어러블, VR/XR/AR 등 다양한 대상의 사용자 경험·감성 만족도 평가 방법론을 개발한다.
