About

송오성 교수 연구실(정보재료연구실)은 서울시립대 신소재공학과 소속으로, 반도체 신공정과 귀금속·주얼리 소재 신공정을 연구한다. 1997년 창설 이후 40여 명의 대학원 인력을 배출했으며, 국내 최초로 캐럿급 보석용 합성다이아몬드의 성장·가공에 성공하고 백금족을 포함한 귀금속 정련기술을 연구한다. 2026년 과기정통부 'IP스타과학자' 사업에 선정되었다.
